Sanrio and Egg & Spuma’s collaboration menus in Tokyo have been legendarily kawaii, and they just seem to get cuter.
Sometimes the menu concentrates on one character such as the iconic Hello Kitty, or groups of characters like their last event inspired by all Sanrio’s dogs. But this next limited time only cafe is a veritable cuteness free-for-all with all Sanrio’s big hitters invited.
The summery theme is fruits, and the colourful vibes are perfect for the season.
All the dishes and beverages artfully combine the motif of fruits with various fan favourite characters such as Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, My Melody, Kuromi and Little Twin Stars.
The adorable Cinnamoroll creme brulee is only available on week days.
The cute fruit sandwiches will be different every month, with May and June being represented by My Melody, July is for both Hello Kitty and Keroppi, and come August Kiki and Lala are the sandwich stars.
Egg & Spuma’s adorable afternoon tea sets will always be a winner, and this time around it's filled with fruity treats to fit the theme.
There's even free coasters for Sanrio super fans to collect when you order from the special collaboration menu!
The cafe will be appearing from 15th May until 31st August in Egg & Spuma on 8th floor of Shinjuku Lumine Est in Tokyo. The full menu with prices can be found on their website.
