Google Assistant, Google's artificial intelligence–driven virtual assistant, can handle a lot of your daily tasks such operating your devices and getting you basic information. Like all virtual helpers, however, sometimes if you ask a certain question, it can be like opening a can of worms--or cockroaches.
That's probably the best way to describe a funny anecdote Japanese Twitter user Yoshitaka Junk Yard (@33jMya2QnKMwUMp) shared recently. Yoshitaka posted a photo of a conversation they had with Google Assistant when they encountered a cockroach in their home, and the virtual helper's response indicates a funny bug or a sick sense of humor (translation below the image).

Yoshitaka: A cockroach appeared.
Google Assistant: That's nice! =) Have you decided on a name?
We'll assume Yoshitaka went another route than Google suggested, but perhaps their home has a new member now.
