The user (@gaku_carving) specializes in Thai fruit carving.
Thai fruit carving is the art of carving vegetables and fruits into various shapes like flowers, animals, etc.
Here’s a short clip from (@gaku_carving) demonstrating the art form on an apple.

Twitter user (@gaku_carving) carved a falcon out of a broccoli crown.
The contributor carefully carved the broccoli stem into the shape of a falcon’s head and wings, prompting his daughter to praise his latest work.
Over 286,000 Twitter users have liked his post and many continue to heap praise upon him.
(@gaku_carving) says he started Thai fruit carving because he was "fascinated by the beauty of the patterns carved on vegetables and fruits."
