For animal lovers who finally get a pet, it seems natural to instantly start filming every little thing they do. Not only does it mean you can show off your cute pet to others, and fawn over them even when they’re not around, but there’s also the chance you can catch them doing something funny on camera.

It’s no wonder then that the Japanese owner of this gorgeous Scottish fold kitten felt the need to start taking videos and sharing them online. The cat is called Collon, and anyone can agree that he’s a particularly cute example of the breed.

Kittens are masters of playing on their own, and as Collon was frolicking around on the couch, his owner decided to start taking a video of the cute scene.

He was too involved in chasing his own tail at first to notice, but once he did, he looked confused for a second…

… and then pounced!

The owner accidentally ended up making a POV video, where the viewer can pretend they’re being attacked by a sweet, fluffy kitten. Obviously this struck a chord, as the clip has been viewed over 1.7 million times on TikTok.
