While some dogs (like this adorable Shiba inu) enjoy the pampering and grooming that comes with taking a warm bath, others just can’t get on board with it. These dogs know what they like and don’t like, and they have many ways to make this clear.

This cute toy poodle called Riku is very much in the anti-bath camp, and even when the bath was over and he was perfectly clean and coiffed, he still made his displeasure known. Check out his face for yourself!

This hilarious picture was posted by Riku’s owner on Twitter, and captioned with some words to match the dog’s grave expression:

‘You shampooed me. I won’t forget this, humans.’

Other commenters joined in the fun pointing out that his face perfectly expresses both anger and sadness, and guessing that Riku is the ‘quietly angry’ type. Others hoped Riku would be more understanding since his fur looks so cute and fluffy after being washed.

We definitely agree that Riku looks great after a bath, so we hope he and other pets can learn to love it. If not, we’ll still get to see funny pet reactions on the internet, so it’s a win-win for us!
