Virtual Market, which is recognized by Guinness World Records™ as having the "largest number of booths at a virtual reality market event," will be having its summer edition in the metaverse from August 13th to 28th, 2022. For the fourth time, the event, organized by HIKKY Corporation, will be hosting airsoft gun manufacturer Tokyo Marui's exhibit, among numerous other corporations.

In a redesigned two-story booth in "Para Real Osaka," one of the corporate exhibition halls, Tokyo Marui has plenty of excitement in store.

On the second floor of the booth, there will be a collaboration corner in which you'll be able to view and take photos with life-sized character panels and view special video content.

Military VTuber Irodori Mayoi

Military VTuber 彩まより Irodori Mayoi (@irodorimayoi), whose name is a clever play on words based on the Japanese noun 迷彩 meisai, meaning "camouflage," is a unique Vtuber specializing in airsoft and related activities. In addition to streaming games and collaborating with other Vtubers, she introduces and reports from Japanese airsoft events and venues, airsoft gun racks, interviews personalities, helps with promotion for Tokyo Marui and much more.

Original TV anime Lycoris Recoil

Original TV anime Lycoris Recoil is getting international attention for its interesting story, attractive characters and cool gunfights.

There will also be character panels and videos from the exploration-based strategy RPG Dolls Frontline: Neural Cloud.

The first-floor area will display a number of 3D models of the latest airsoft guns just released by the company. All of them are elaborately crafted in every detail, and visitors can actually hold them in their hands (with their avatars) and view them from various angles, just like real airsoft guns. The booth also features a shooting range, which is always very popular, where visitors can try their hand at shooting in this unique virtual space.
