Japanese charming cartoon cheese cheesecake is an easy to make delight
Even if you love the beach, it's not always possible to go in person. Maybe you don't have any beaches in your vicinity and don't have the time or the means to travel to a beach worth visiting. Maybe you do have beaches nearby but they're simply too crowded (and you're trying to avoid crowds during the pandemic).
Whatever the reason, beach lovers deprived of the sunshine, bracing breeze, the sound of the waves and seagulls and the sensation of walking on the shore as the water laps at their feet can only resort to substitutes to stimulate their imagination.
A sound machine playing waves, a movie or TV show, or even a beautiful poster can work...
And if you happen to be skilled in making desserts and have an eye for photography like Japanese culinary creator Chez Mitsu, you might just make a cheesecake and post the stunning photos you see below:

With this breathtakingly beautiful no-bake cheesecake which is both a feast for the eyes and the palate, Chez Mitsu skilfully created the three-dimensional effect of the seabed rising up to meet the shore, depicting a gorgeous cerulean blue ocean in the form of jelly on top of a bed of cheese. Moreover, the addition of crust crumbs on one edge to express sand on the beach helps to bring the scene to life.
When viewed in a cross-section when the cake is cut into slices, the three layers of blue, white and brown for the crust also create an artistic contrast.
For those wondering how it was made, Chez Mitsu started with a recipe posted on the YouTube channel Tastemade, but made a few changes. No-bake cheesecake is often made with yogurt but Chez Mitsu used egg yolks and cream. This is similar to ice cream, so using that as a hint...
