Japanese company 菅公学生服株式会社 Kanko School Uniform Co., Ltd., which sells school uniforms and addresses various social issues surrounding children and schools, is currently selling a series of cute ribbons featuring some of Sanrio's most popular characters. The ribbons are available in limited quantities at the company's direct retail outlet "KANKO SHOP Harajuku Select Square" as well as its online store.
In Japan, some schools have predetermined uniforms and rules prescribing even what ribbons their students are allowed to wear. However, even at schools with a free dress code, some students enjoy wearing school uniform-style clothes as a fashion statement both inside and outside the school grounds.
Whether you're a student, enjoy wearing Japanese school student fashion, or are just looking for a cute ribbon for everyday use, these cute items will allow you to coordinate your outfit. Sanrio characters have been incorporated into the ribbon designs, and the patterns are different for each character.
