Now Okamoto (Twitter, Instagram) definitely fits the definition of someone who can see art in everyday objects. The subject of Okamoto's photography might seem mundane to some, but the talented photographer shows that that they can be really beautiful--that's because Okamoto is a clothespin photographer!
Okamoto takes clothespins, and whether they be transparent or colored, photographs them in scenes and as sculptures that shows just how pretty they can be. Just last month, one of Okamoto's most recent sculptures had many online doing a double-take and captivated wondering what they were looking at. The photographer put together and took a gorgeous shot of a blue cluster amaryllis flower--made entirely of clothespins:

The floral structure of clothes pins has become a big hit online, with many admiring fantasy crystal-like nature of the structure and looking clothespins in a different light--literally!
