Japan’s Kirby Cafe debuts Waddle Dee soy meat burger and Waddle Dee bento box for autumn
If you’re a fan of Kirby, Japan is the place to be. There’s three official Kirby Cafes to choose from, and the menus are brimming with awesome character-inspired dishes. Every season these menus get a makeover with treats perfect for the occasion. The Winter 2022 campaign has already kicked off, with brand new Kirby eats to savour.
The Kirby Burger has had a winteriffic reboot with a scarf added to the bun and sprinkled cheese powder to look like snow on the sides.
This goes for the Waddle Dee burger too.
Even if you’re feeling chilly, you’ll warm up right away just by looking at these Waddle Dees snuggled up in a white stew.
Kirby also looks cosy next to this filling ricotta pancake.
This Whispy Woods forest tart is as festive as it gets, as it resembles a Christmas tree.
There’s also a photogenic frozen drink themed around Elfilin, a character introduced in Kirby and the Forgotten Land.
The winter menu is available at the Tokyo, Hakata, and Nagoya branches of Kirby Cafe in Japan (Nagoya is open until 5th February 2023). But as it is a seasonal menu, these dishes are available for a limited time, until 28th February 2023. Full menu is available on the website.
