A Michelin-Starred Ramen Experience
Many ramen lovers and foodies in the Tokyo area are undoubtedly anticipating the grand reopening of renowned ramen shop Japanese Soba Noodles Tstuta on February 10th, 2023 in the Yoyogi-Uehara neighborhood of Tokyo's Shibuya Ward.
The shop, which is run by Tsutanote, Inc., has been a staple in Tokyo's culinary scene for over a decade. "Tstuta" was the first ramen shop to ever receive a Michelin star in 2016, and it had been offering its unique and delicious ramen dishes to its customers until September 2022, when it closed "for various reasons".
New Menu and Fresh Start
The new "Tstuta" will have an improved menu featuring a fusion of Japanese UMAMI culinary culture and ingredients from around the world. The restaurant's focus on creativity and unlimited possibilities in ramen will remain unchanged.
Unconventional Space and Service
"Tstuta" prides itself on its unconventional space and service, offering customers a unique dining experience. The restaurant was opened on January 26th, 2012 in Sugamo, Tokyo. The name "Japanese Soba Noodles" was chosen to represent Japan's noodle dishes as a whole, including soba and udon, which have a long history in Japan. Ramen, which has only a history of about 100 years, is also considered a representative noodle dish in Japan.
Chemical-Free Ingredients
Japanese Soba Noddles Tsuta is committed to using only chemical-free ingredients in all of its dishes. The restaurant believes in using ingredients that are safe and healthy, and it works closely with producers to ensure that the ingredients used are of the highest quality.
