If you have a passion for matcha and a strong liking for anything sweet, you’re in for a real treat.

Since June, Hyatt Regency Osaka has been holding an all-you-can-eat matcha dessert buffet, which, unfortunately, has been completely booked with reservations until the end of August. But because of its immense popularity, the hotel has announced a second round of the matcha buffet, this time with even more matcha flavored desserts!

From September 3rd, the Matcha Mania Afternoon Tea dessert buffet will transform itself into the new and improved Matcha Mania ~Beyond~ Afternoon Tea buffet, complete with all the matcha delectables you could ever ask for.

Matcha Mania will be offering tastings of 7 types of Uji matcha tea, a high-quality, premium brand of Japanese tea, as well as platefuls of matcha roll cakes, cheesecakes, chocolate fountains, tiramisu, brownies, ice cream, crepes, scones, and so much more. Just thinking about it is enough to give you a sugar rush, but with delicious, aromatic matcha included in all the desserts, you can expect them to have the refined, bittersweet taste of tea.

The Matcha Mania dessert buffet will be welcoming hungry customers until November 13th, 2016. It's 3,500 yen (34.90 USD) per person, but if you go wearing the color green, you’ll get a 300 yen (3 USD) discount!
