Japanese Disney-lover @disneylove_22 was on the vacation of her dreams while visiting one of the Disneyland Parks during a trip abroad. Deciding to get some food and rest inside the facility, she walked into a buffet-style restaurant and was immediately greeted with some of her favorite characters. Near one table was Ariel combing her hair with a fork and looking head over heels for Prince Eric, while Duffy welcomed her with open arms at another.
But one character in particular caught her eye — Donald Duck. Though it's true that Donald Duck has his angry moments, this Donald Duck was looking rather sad, moping by the vast array of food being served at the restaurant.
He reached out for one of the food cards and picked one up, turning around to show it to his new guest:
Reading it, it was clear why Donald Duck wasn't exactly having the time of his life. It turned out that he was mourning the loss of his fellow duck friend, who had been turned into a delicious plate of Duck Breast Teriyaki.
But Donald Duck was quick to recover, and after reassuring @disneylover_22 that the cooked duck in front of him was not a personal friend of his, he put some on his plate to have a mouthwatering bite. Since @disneylover_22 was coincidentally craving some duck too, his enthusiasm for the dish made it just a little bit less awkward for her to dig in along with him.
