Next time you're feeling wanderlust, you might want to consider getting your fill of kawaii at Wakayama Prefecture's Panda Village. Located in Nanki-Shirahama, a popular travel destination known for its pristine beaches and relaxing onsen (natural hot springs), the Panda Village adds a charming dose of cuteness to an otherwise typical travel experience.
Panda Village
The adorable Panda Village is inhabited by 25 pandas, which are in fact individual rooms that can accommodate 5-6 people. The spacious rooms each have a bath, shower, TV, free wifi, as well as other amenities, and have a simple but cozy interior despite their kawaii panda exterior.

But a trip to the Nanki-Shirahama area wouldn't be the same without taking a dip in the natural hot springs, and guests at the Panda Village can also enjoy a relaxing evening at the onsen located in one of the neighboring facilities. There's even an outdoor bath with a stunning ocean view, and watching the sunset from the baths after an adventure-packed day is an ideal way to end the day.
The facility also offers access to a buffet with a vast range of dishes to please even the pickiest eater, and tickets for a cruise on a yakatabune, private Japanese boats often used to entertain guests.
Rates start from 10,900 yen (93 USD) per person. Get more information about this adorable facility at Panda Village's website.
