As Japan begins preparing for another sakura-filled spring, Starbucks is also on the verge of releasing their annual Sakura series, a popular collection of sakura drinks and products available only for a limited time. This year from February 15th, Starbucks locations in Japan will be celebrating the early blooming of cherry blossoms in their new frappuccino drink, as well as in colorful mugs and tumblers.
Sakura Blossom Cream Frappuccino with Crispy Swirls
Cherry blossom-lovers will be able to try out the Sakura Blossom Cream Frappuccino from February 15th until March 14th. The delicious spring-in-a-cup is flavored with sakura milk sauce containing ingredients like sakura petals and leaves, condensed milk, and white bean paste. Topped with pink chocolate and rice cracker bits, and a saccharine dollop of maple whipped cream, the drink will be a sweet introduction for the upcoming season.
