Hokkaido based sweets brand, Good Morning Table, will open a limited time pop-up store at Tokyo’s GRANSTA shopping mall from Monday, March 1, 2021.
Don’t miss out on the store’s most popular seller – ‘Cream Burger’ – which will be sold in limited quantities at specific time slots throughout each day; 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00.

Below you can find the menu of sweet treats that will be available from the pop-up store. Each is freshly made in store, using top-quality ingredients from Hokkaido.

Fresh Cream Burger

Price: 401 yen (including tax)

The Fresh Cream Burger has been Good Morning Table’s most popular product ever since the store’s founding.
Filled to the brim with fresh cream, this burger will certainly satiate the sweet-tooths out there. Mascarpone cheese is the not-so-secret ingredient that helps the cream achieve ultimate fluffiness, whilst a milk jam made from Tokachi Jersey milk adds a smooth and rich flavour.

Fresh Cream Burger - Strawberry

Price: 471 yen (including tax)

Think Fresh Cream Burger, but fruitier.
Stuffed with sweet and sour strawberry slices that enhance all the flavours of the original Fresh Cream Burger, it doesn’t get much sweeter than this.

Fresh Cream Burger - Chocolate and Pistachio

Price: 481 yen (including tax)

Two flavours of cream are sandwiched inside this burger bun; pistachio and chocolate, made of course with fresh cream from Hokkaido. The treat is also accented by miniature heart-shaped chocolates embellished in the side of the cream.

Jersey Milk Burger

4 pieces: 1,188 yen (including tax)
8 pieces: 2,268 yen (including tax)

This baked version of the Fresh Cream Burger is filled with cream that doesn't melt, and can be carried around at room temperature.
Tokachi milk jam and Hokkaido cream are whipped together to form a non-meltable spread, before being sandwiched between a softly baked craquelin choux pastry.
With a mixture of both crunch and soft smoothness, you can’t go wrong here.
