Japanese photog captures sunset silhouettes of electric wires, train tracks & other infrastructure

Sometimes it just a matter of being at the right time and right place. Combined with a masterful eye and skill, and a photographer can transform seemingly quotidian landscapes into amazing eye candy.

Take, for example, elements of the infrastructure that surround us every day as we commute to and from school or work, or drive through the city: roads, trains, train tracks and their supporting structures, electric wires and towers, bridges, factories, buildings under construction and more.

Japanese photographer fabrik_view (@hom_fab) is particularly fond of these things, and particularly at sunset.

Here are a few examples of his photography posted on his Twitter account that caught our attention:

As you can see, he also takes photos of buildings under construction...

...bridges, such as the Tokyo Gate Bridge, a cantilever bridge across Tokyo Bay which opened in 2012...

...or like the Nakanoshima Bridge overlooking the Kimitsu Steel Works factory complex.

Fabrik_view also travels abroad searching the perfect sunset image, such as this amazing shot taken at the Central Station in Frankfurt, Germany, which reminded many viewers of a scene from Evangelion...
