The owner lives with several cats and recently invested in a glass table, then lay underneath it and waited for the perfect photo opportunity.

These photos portray nothing less than cat heaven, and it soon went viral among Japanese pet lovers on Twitter. While the owner could fully observe the cats’ paws and underbellies, it also looks like the cats themselves are having a good look at the owner as well!

The post attracted over 36 thousand retweets and 205 thousand likes. The POV style of photo allows anyone to imagine themselves in the enviable situation of living with several curious cats. It also drew humorous comparisons with the famous Beatles album cover for Please Please Me. Other commenters stated that this is surely the true purpose of a glass table.
