From September 28th to November 29th, 2021, Dom Dom Food Service Co., Ltd. will open a limited-time shop called "Curry Shop Dom Dom" in Ginza. The tenant space will be provided through the Anyone service provided by Tenpo Ryutsu Net Co., Ltd., which enables both businesses and private individuals to open temporary physical shops for only 500 JPY per month.
About "Curry Shop Dom Dom"
Dom Dom Hamburger was looking for a way to make use of the beef tendon parts leftover in the preparation of hand-fashioned 100% Wagyu beef patties at their new brand Tree & Tree's, which opened in August 2021 in Shinbashi, Tokyo.
They came up with the idea of making "Wagyu Beef Curry," made with 100% Wagyu beef. The excess fat from the meat is removed and the meat is slowly simmered to make it rich and tender. With this new initiative, Dom Dom Hamburger can offer delicious food to customers at a low price while also reducing food loss. Curry Shop Dom Dom offers a special curry that is friendly to the environment as well as your wallet.
This new restaurant was made possible through the Anyone service, which allows anyone to open a restaurant in a prime location in Ginza, Tokyo with a monthly rent of 500 JPY.
Anyone: Lowering the hurdle to opening a restaurant
Anyone is a service that allows customers to try out an unused property in Tokyo managed by Tenpo Ryutsu Net Co., Ltd. for three months at a monthly rent of 500 JPY (tax included). The monthly rent is 500 JPY, with no deposit, no key money, no brokerage fee, and no restrictions on individuals or corporations.
