Competitive eater, singer, TV personality and YouTuber ギャル曽根 Gal Sone introduces a great dish for dieters on her popular YouTube Chanel.
The dish, a variation on potato salad, helped her husband, television director 名城ラリータ Lalitha Nashiro, lose 15 kilograms (about 7 pounds) in six months!
The variation is a major one since it has to do with the main ingredient. There are no potatoes in this "potato salad." Can you guess what the replacement is?
The ingredient replacing potatoes in this salad is おから okara, soybean pulp!
