The mastermind behind this project is Fanny — a self-declared noodle freak and California-based designer. She’s present on all kinds of social media including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and is currently running a Kickstarter for the Ramen Poster 2.0.

This incredible graphic is not only fun to look at, it’s also educational. While it introduces a lineup of the more popular, mainstream ramen varieties alongside the distinctive, regional flavors, it also contains lists of common broths, sauces, and toppings that are used for each ramen dish. Just look at the variety!

The 24×35 inch poster comes in one size, and has a bowl of spicy chili ramen as the background.

In fact, it’s actually a new version of her Ramen Poster, which has 25 ramen recipes and is available for purchase on her blog. If you have more of a sweet tooth, she also has posters of Japanese snacks that are just as gorgeous!
