It's called the "Wata Yome" (綿嫁), or "Cotton Wife", and although these body pillows are indeed made from cotton, they aren't gender specific and come in the form of husbands and wives that are customize-able to your liking. And hey, who are we to doubt them with their suggested uses for your sleepy partner in crime?
