Ramen Adventures heads over to Numabukuro station on the Seibu line to try some Tonkotsu (Pork Bone) Ramen at Muteppo! This shop is famous for being 100% pork bone soup. But that’s not the only unique aspect of this ramen, it has no smell and that’s pretty much unheard of for Tonkotsu which is known for having an unpleasant smell that can travel a few blocks.

Once the bowl arrives you can see the rich color of the broth, a generous amount of meat and garnished with spring onions and seaweed.

And the actual soup being quite creamy with chunks of pork after the initial first sip. Muteppo also serves their customers with an array of toppings to further decorate the flavours like any good tonkotsu shop.
