Many people in their childhood years went through a phase of making stick man animations by flipping notebook pages. The stick man would be made to wave, or run, or carry out a simple task.
But this flipbook animation that was posted to Twitter by ZYES (@studioHAIROSTA) who describes himself as a ‘stick man battle creator’, takes the idea of a stick man flipbook to another level.
The epic battle, featuring two stick men, seems to take its cues from fighting games and epic anime battle scenes.
It features super speed, super strength, a smattering of gore and even what appears to be a resurrection.
It's amazing that such a dramatic showdown was created with just a normal notebook and stick men, and hopefully we will see a rematch from this 'stick man battle creator'. We think red man deserves another chance to prove himself.
