More and more overseas tourists are visiting Japan every year. Naturally this results in many culture shocks and humorous misunderstandings which get shared on social media.
But one problem which seems to keep popping up, is tall visitors feeling a bit put out by the tiny accommodation. The average height of Japanese people is shorter than many other countries and often dwellings and other aspects of the country will reflect that.
