Mario Gelateria is a Japanese ice cream shop chain specialized in producing authentic Italian gelato freshly made daily from only the finest ingredients. Mario Gelateria
The two flavors available at Mario Gelateria shops are "baked apple fragrant with cinnamon" (「シナモン香る焼きリンゴ」shinamon kaoru yaki-ringo) and "cinnamon caramel nut with Persian rock salt" (「ペルシャ岩塩のシナモンキャラメルナッツ」perusha gan'en no shinamon kyarameru nattsu).

"Baked apple fragrant with cinnamon":
Mario Gelateria took a whole apple, topped it with cultured butter and cinnamon and baked it in the oven, then blended it into a gelato. The spicy fragrance of cinnamon, the rich fragrance and taste of cultured butter, and the added sweetness obtained by baking the apple all combine to create a deep flavor which is perfect for the season. Thickly cut pieces of baked apple are set inside a creamy cinnamon gelato for your enjoyment.
"Cinnamon caramel nut with Persian rock salt":
The sweet fragrance of cinnamon and caramel are a perfect combination. Mario Gelateria pours a cinnamon caramel sauce over a gelato base rich with the flavor of eggs, and adds a dash of saltiness with the crisp taste of Persian rock salt, and tops it off with caramelized almonds and walnuts. The fragrance of cinnamon, the bitter-sweetness of caramel and the flavor of nuts and salt combine in this delicious gelato which will have you coming back for seconds.
Premium Mario Gelateria
The two flavors available at Premium Mario Gelateria are "cinnamon pear compote" (「シナモン洋梨コンポート」 shinamon yōnashi compōto) and "cherry tart fragrant with cinnamon" (「シナモン香るチェリータルト」 shinamon kaoru cherī taruto).

"Cinnamon pear compote":
A compote made by soaking ripe pears in white wine with a cinnamon stick is a sweet and fragrant dessert. Mario Gelateria uses this deliciously cinnamony compote to make a sauce which they then blend with a rich Madagascar vanilla gelato for a premium cinnamon gelato flavor.
"Cherry tart fragrant with cinnamon":
This creamy gelato marries black cherries soaked in sweet syrup with cinnamon, and features a fragrant crumble cake made with cultured butter and eggs. The wonderful aromas bring out the sweet flavors in this cinnamon-rich gelato.
Cinnamon Trio
You can try each flavor individually or, instead, opt for their shinamon-mori シナモン盛り, a cup combining small scoops of two cinnamon gelato flavors and a third scoop of another flavor which complements the other two. These cinnamon trio cups are available at both the Mario Gelateria and Premium Mario Gelateria shops.
