More Development Woes for FFVII REMAKE
According to an official statement by Square Enix, the March 3rd release date for the much anticipated FFVII REMAKE has been pushed back to April 10.
This comes after the already tumultuous development situation that occurred when CyberConnect2 was ousted from the project in 2017 and replaced by an in-house team at SQEX. Hopefully this does not spell disaster ahead, but delays aren’t necessarily a bad thing. Simply after the considerable hype they worked up at last year’s Tokyo Game Show, offering a huge photo spot of Cloud’s motorcycle with the March 3, 2020 clearly in the shot, this news is quite a shock.
