Made with premium matcha ice cream, matcha jelly and more, it's brimming with matcha goodness and beautifully decorated in the theme of a Japanese garden to create a new saryo style.

『モンブラン抹茶パフェ』Mont Blanc matcha parfait

To create this luxurious parfait, Kagurazaka saryo blended aromatic rum with Mont Blanc chestnut cream and paired it with matcha. With a delightful texture and the subtle sweetness and flavor of chestnuts, this is an updated version of the shop's most popular Japanese parfait.

『Chocolat抹茶パフェ』Chocolate matcha parfait

Rich chocolate and deep matcha are a powerful combination. Mediating the two is the subtle roasted aroma of genmaicha ice cream. The three combine in a masterful parfait creation sure to please Japanese parfait lovers.
