As their company name implies, Ichimasa Kamaboko Co., Ltd. is famous for making kamaboko 蒲鉾, a kind of cake made with deboned and pureed fish and other flavorings. Although traditional kamaboko steams the fish puree into often semi-circular loaves, kamaboko can be used to describe a broader range of surimi products, including kanikama or crab sticks like this:

Recently, Ichimasa has been releasing unusual variants of their popular "Salad Stick" line of crab stick kamaboko such as "Setouchi Lemon flavor" and even a blue ramune flavored version.
Ichimasa "Salad Stick - Aromatic Black Truffle Flavor"
Now, for their fifth experiment, they've created an all-black version flavored with black truffles. Although it may look like they used an astonishing amount of truffles to get the black color, the color comes from bamboo charcoal powder, while the aromatic black truffle flavor comes from truffle oil.
