‘Catch ‘em all’ at Mister Donut with the all new three dimensional ‘Poké ball’ donut.
This November the popular donut and confectionery franchise is collaborating for the third year running with Pokémon Co.
The limited time only donuts are part of an ongoing collaboration project with Pokémon Co., which began in 2018 with the introduction of Pikachu face donuts. The campaign took place again in 2019, but with special additions to the bubble tea menu.
Due to their popular demand, the Pikachu donuts will return once again to the campaign menu this year. In addition to the banana and chocolate Pikachu delight, the menu will also feature new sphere-shaped ‘Poké ball’ donuts.
The three dimensional donut brings to life the common storage device used for capturing Pokémon in the popular TV shows and video games.
The flavour of the Poké ball donut is yet to be revealed, but going by the red sugar glazed coating shown in the product imagery, a variety of sweet berry flavours spring to mind. It can also be assumed that a range of Pokémon themed drinks will be joining the campaign this year, as they had in 2019.
The collaborative menu will be available at Mister Donut stores nationwide from early November to late December. With Poké balls being such a rare find, it’s probably best to get your hands on one as soon as possible.
