Endless cat-themed goods to take over Keio Department store at ‘Nyan Nyan Fair’

Head over to Shinjuku’s Keio Department store from the 11th to 24th February 2021 for the purrfect event – the Keio Nyan Nyan Festival.

The special event will pay tribute to our fluffy friends (who have been helping many people get through the past year) with various cat goods and products available on each floor of the department store.

Below is a brief introduction to some of the pop-up shops and products that will be swinging into store for the limited time event.

Budi Basa pop-up store

Dates: 11 – 17 February 2021
Store location 1st Floor, front entrance, Shinjuku Keio Department Store

Budi Basa is a plushie animal brand from Russia which gained popularity last year when it first appeared at Keio Department Store, and will be available once again for a limited time. This year, there will be around 60 different types of plush animal toys available. Last year’s most popular seller; the gray-haired cat ‘basic’ series will also make its return to Keio Department Store.

Noah Family pop-up store

Store location 1st Floor, Women’s clothing section, Shinjuku Keio Department Store

Noah Family focuses on developing fashionable cat goods that can be used for essential everyday life, such as bags, scarves, masks and mask cases.

Neco Republic pop-up store

Dates: 11 – 24 February 2021
Store location 4th Floor, Seasonal section, Shinjuku Keio Department Store

Neco Republic, operates cat cafes and facilities for rescued and protected cats at 7 locations nationwide. They also produce fashionable leather items featuring casual cat motifs. A portion of sales of Neco Republic goods are donated to the Neco Republic cat protection charity.
