Although it's often called "Yamato Transport" in English, "Kuroneko Yamato", translates literally to "Black Cat Yamato" from Japanese. Kuroneko Yamato is one of Japan's largest and most well known delivery services, famous for their logo of a black cat carrying their kitten by the scruff of their neck to emphasize the special care with which they handle a customer's package.
That makes it all the more surprising that their biggest fan is a black miniature shiba inu named Ohagi. Ohagi's human companion @kuromame_ohagi recently shared photos of the 2-year old mamaeshiba ("mame" means bean, referring to the breed's small stature) that have Twitter squealing with joy.
Ohagi apparently has a very close bond to the Kuroneko Yamato driver that delivers packages to his house, and the set of photos and caption show that clearly!
"A black shiba that can't hide his joy when his favorite Kuroneko Yamato comes. Thank you always for your deliveries!"

The heartwarming set of photos was met with an outpouring of delight for the happy doggo, as well as many people saying that their dogs have similar reactions to their local delivery drivers. At the very least, it looks like Ohagi has no problem with at least one type of cat.
