Although Linca Tojou began her activities in April 2020, her name was launched into the national public spotlight when Chiba prefectural police removed a bicycle traffic PSA video featuring her on September 10th, 2021, after the Alliance of Feminist Representatives (AFER) filed a complaint, claiming that her design was "sexually objectifying." A petition demanding that AFER explain their position has over 71,000 signatures at the time of writing, and Linca Tojou has received an outpouring of support since the incident.

To express her gratitude for all the support she has received and to do her utmost to support Matsudo City, VASE and Linca Tojou will launch a crowdfunding campaign on the Japanese crowdfunding platform Campfire (which also accepts credit cards issued outside of Japan) on November 25th, 2021.
Greeting from Linca Tojou
Linca Tojou has also posted a video introducing the campaign and expressing the message above on her YouTube channel:
The crowdfunding campaign has two main objectives. The first one is to decorate a local bus which will run in Matsudo with images of Linca Tojou, and fellow Matsudo City mascot and Vtuber Bakegorou along with the local specialties featured in the campaign awards. The second is to give back to Linca Tojou's fans and supporters while supporting local specialties from Matsudo City.

About backing the campaign from outside Japan
Fortunately, the crowdfunding platform Campfire allows payment from credit cards no matter which country they are issued in. However, when it comes to rewards involving physical goods, the campaign organizers themselves will not ship rewards outside of Japan since they cannot calculate shipping costs to account for various countries. They recommend you go through a friend living in Japan and have them forward you rewards. However, for your reference, we would like to provide the following information:
If you go through a proxy shipping service like White Rabbit Express and their affiliated service Blackship, which creates an address in Japan and handles packing and shipping outside of the country, you will be able to receive the rewards. Due to customs and shipping restrictions, the following limitations may apply:
There should be no problem sending keychains, calendars and other goods outside of Japan.
