Japanese Twitter user かわいーぬ Kawaiinu (@kawai_nu_san) calls himself the "Worst Dog Photographer in Japan."
Looking at his usual photos, you wouldn't be able to tell. For example, in this one, his dog looks adorable:
But he has a nack for taking photos that are so bad, they're good.
A recent picture he posted of his dog backs up his claim as "worst dog photographer."

"My dog today"
The image is so blurry that his dog looks like a paler version of the Tasmanian Devil, spinning himself into a whirlwind as he goes on a rampage.
You could call the photo "dynamic" but good luck recognizing a dog in there...
Nevertheless, the photo seems to have brought smiles to many people's faces, eliciting comments such as:
With "talent" like this, many people are looking forward to the photographer's next masterpiece!
