This is とろろ Tororo, a Pekinese. According to his owner, his charms include his fluffy fur, his beady eyes, and his smile.

However, Tororo-kun has one more distinguishing trait which is a bit more unusual.
He's a huge fan of Starbucks Frappuccinos!
As most dog owners probably know, chocolate is poisonous to dogs. There's no need to worry about Tororo's health, however, since he's not actually drinking that chocolaty Frappuccino in the photo.

"Whenever I buy Starbucks, he always licks."
Whenever his humans order an icy drink from Starbucks, Tororo proceeds to lick the outside of the cup!
Whether he's just thirsty and enjoys the condensed moisture that collects on the surface during these muggy Japanese summer months or he's interested in the contents and thinks that licking will give him a taste, Tororo always licks the cup happily with his eyes wide open.
His owner says, "For some reason, he has this intense look in his eyes whenever he licks a Starbucks cup."

The post went viral, garnering over 166,000 likes at the time of writing and eliciting comments such as: "I feel such a strong will. He's so cute," and "That look on his face is too much. I laughed so hard!"
It's funny how Tororo seems to be more interested in Starbucks products than in people whenever he goes to one of the cafes with his humans.
Maybe Starbucks could offer him a job?
