No-bake cheesecake using Kajyu Gummy
Ingredients
First, place a colander lined with kitchen paper over a bowl, place the unsweetened yogurt inside, and cover with plastic wrap. Leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to drain.
Put the gummies, water, and sugar in a heatproof bowl, cover it lightly with plastic wrap, and heat in a microwave oven at 600 W for 50 seconds. Remove from oven and blend to dissolving the candy.
Add the drained yogurt and lemon juice to the bowl with the dissolved gummies and mix with a whisk until smooth.
Now all you need to do is put it in a container, refrigerate for about 3 hours to firm up, and voila!
Since these fruity muscat grape-flavored gummies are used instead of gelatin, it will have a refreshing taste with a slight fruity flavor!
If the gummies don't dissolve after 50 seconds of heating, heat them in additional 10-second increments until they completely dissolve.
People who saw the post said, "This looks delicious! I'm going to try it" and "I bought some of these gummies just to make it."
In addition to muscat grape, you can also try it with other flavors like mandarin orange and peach!
