When Cavachon pup もうふくん Moufu-kun returned from a walk earlier this month, his owner had an unexpected surprise in store. The pup's fluffy coat was covered in little clumps of snow, transforming him into an adorable snow dog!
The owner took pictures of Moufu-kun and posted it on Twitter, where it quickly went viral.
The owner, who lives in the northernmost Japanese island of Hokkaido and runs the Twitter account at @moooochan_nemui, apparently didn't realize how much snow the dog's coat had picked up. As they continued on their walk, the snowballs grew larger and larger. Of course, once his owner realized what had happened, the snow-covered pup was taken straight to the bath, but not before snapping the photos you see below.

The picture of Moufu-kun quickly garnered attention on Twitter, with many users who were surprised and amused at his cute snow-covered appearance leaving comments such as:
