Kotatsu-Loving Cat Stunned By Its Warm Winter Shelter’s Sudden Disappearance
Bikers often get a bad rap when it comes to their intimidating aesthetics, but sometimes its behind those rough and tough exteriors that you find a heart of gold.
Pat Doody, from New Jersey, was traveling back from Nevada when he made a pit-stop to fill up on gas. It was there that he saw a kitten in need, and also found an inseparable partner for his biking journeys going forward.
In an interview with Revzilla, Doody recalls their first encounter, saying, "I was at this truck stop getting gas, and this little guy just needed help. He was pretty badly burned, so I picked him up and tucked him inside my vest. We're feeding him regularly now, so he's doing better, even though he's sort of living on the road until we get home...He's so chill. He just hangs out in my vest when we get on the road. I've never met a cat so calm."
Nicknamed "Party Cat", the two have formed a bond and now the saved cat is somewhat of a celebrity at biking events, perched like a pirate's parrot on Doody's shoulder or peeking out of his vest to greet other bikers.

It's comforting to know that Party Cat is not only just about fully recovered, but also able to trek across the U.S. under the care of this awesome bearded guardian. We wish the two of them safe travels, and hope that one day Party Cat can be fitted for his own mini-motorcycle!
