Japan’s “Jimi Halloween” Party Celebrates The Most Plain And Mundane Costumes



PrankvsPrank's Jesse Wellens donned an Aladdin costume just in time for the Halloween season to breeze through New York City on an electric yet magical carpet ride.
Using an electric Boosted skateboard, Wellens sent bystanders into a delighted frenzy as they raced for their phones and cameras to try and document what they no doubt had trouble believing. Filmmaker Casey Neistat filmed the fun little prank, and also helped with the skateboard. Watch the video below.
