Yoga is healing and meditative and straight up awesome, but some of us have more trouble staying motivated than others.
A glass of beer might help raise that low motivation, though. Just practice this new “yoga pose” that Alyse Schiedler’s 60-year-old stepdad has mastered. Better yet, you can make a few bucks too by betting you can place a glass of beer on your forehead and drink it without using your arms or hands, like Schiedler’s stepdad did.
