Don’t be that person: please follow the recipe when you bake
Custard buddings are widely enjoyed by many Japanese. And now you can make your own delicious pudding in a mug cup; all you need to do is put the ingredients in and put it in a microwave. Because it's so easy, you can prepare it quickly if guests arrive out of the blue!
And because it's not extremely sweet, it's suited for children as well!
Now, without further ado, here is the recipe:
Ingredients
1. First, make a caramel by putting the sugar (for caramel) and put half a teaspoon of water into a mug cup. Let it brown a little by putting the mug cup in the microwave. Then put in a little more water and mix well.
2. Put an egg into a bowl and mix well. Add milk and sugar as you mix (add vanilla essence if you like).
3. Put the egg mixture into the mug cup. Cook the mixture in the microwave (approximately 2 minutes, depending on the wattage of your microwave).
4. Get the mug cup out of the microwave. Place a plastic wrap over the top and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
And there you have it - simple!
You can take the pudding out of the mug cup and place it on a plate. If you decorate it with fruits and cream will make it look pretty impressive!
It's so simple, yet so delicious. You could eat it after cooling it in a fridge, or eat it while it's still hot.
