What do you get when you give a cat a cat bank?

A very confused, albeit curious cat.

Japanese YouTuber @atomluke25 made this discovery first-hand after giving her cat Amie a cat bank, which basically consists of a cat sticking out a paw from inside the box to take some change.

After learning that the button summons the mysterious, meowing kitten lurking inside, Amie repeatedly pushes it. Maybe she wants to play, maybe she’s determined to rescue the trapped cat.

But the mission turns out to be more complicated than expected, and Amie is finally forced to give up. Adorably, that is.
