Evangelion fans from 67 countries worldwide have voted for the best Evangelion kimono design featuring memorable scenes from Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo, designed for the Evangelion × Full Graphic Kimono Project by Tokyo Otaku Mode. The one-of-a-kind kimono has incorporated some of the most iconic characters and representative colors of the series, all printed using high-quality digital textile printing techniques to brilliantly display each element of the design.
The winning design is a black furisode kimono that can be either worn or hung on a hanger to be appreciated as a magnificent work of art. Only 100 of this first ever Evangelion-themed traditional Japanese garment is available for purchase.

Every kimono is made with the utmost care by skilled kimono artisans. The price for the kimono itself is 1,944 USD, but it can be purchased along with a designated hanger for 2,138 USD, or with the hanger and an obi (sash) for 3,145 USD. Orders can be made from November 15th to December 29th, and the product is scheduled to be shipped during January 2017.
