There's been a trend in nighttime factory tours that take visitors on a majestic, sci-fi-esque trip to industrial plants throughout Japan. Popular among professional photographers and curious adventurers alike, those who participate in these tours get to see a side of seemingly nondescript sites that only reveals itself after dark.

Those who haven't yet been to these otherworldly sightseeing spots might be unsure of where to visit first, but a new photography exhibit soon to open in Tokyo will make deciding a lot easier. Hosted by Todays Gallery Studio, the exhibition will be featuring mesmerizing photographs of factories that can be accessed by anyone willing to venture out for a few hours during the night.

The exhibit will showcase over 250 photographs taken by 13 photographers, and only pictures of destinations that can be visited by the general public. Each photo will also be accompanied by a brief explanation of the site, as well as access information for those who want to go and take their own photos.

The nighttime factory photo exhibition will be held from June 2nd to the 25th in Tokyo. Not only will visitors get the chance to enjoy surprisingly picturesque views of industrial plants, they will also be able to plan their own trip to their favorite spots.
