Subtly titled, “Off Shoulder Elastic Waist Midi Dress,” the retailer makes no reference to Japanese sailor schoolgirl uniforms, but with the sailor-style collars, modernized with the trending off-the-shoulder look and its navy and white color schemes, the dress seems to be an homage to the traditional schoolgirl uniform.
