80-Year Old Tokyo Noodle Maker Teams Up With Hello Kitty For Pink Tonkotsu Ramen
Japanese online retailer Felissimo's "Cat Club" (Neko-bu) division has quite the resume of feline-themed goods, including lip gloss that recreates the feeling of kissing a wet cat nose and scratch-and-sniff stickers that smell like cat tummies. One of their most recent hits, however, is the "Nyanko Fruits Tart" (Kitty Fruits Tart)--a pet bed that turns your cat into a giant sleeping fruit tart. Now their latest product is a doubling down on the sweetness with the Nyanko Rollcake Tunnel (Kitty Rollcake Tunnel).
It can be a rather frustrating endeavor to try and convince a cat to use a toy you've purchased for it, but perhaps the narrow space and comfy interior of the dessert cake shaped tunnel will seem a little more inviting. Decorated with an assortment of fruits, the tunnel is designed to be popular pet photography material for social media use, and is marketed as particularly comfy (including the height of the edge of the tunnel being tailored for cats to rest their chins on).
Of course, while it's intended for our feline friends, the tunnel can also house smaller dogs.

A portion of revenue made will be donated to Cat Club's efforts to help stray animals and those displaced by natural disasters. It's currently available from Felissimo's Japanese website for 6,900 yen, but should also be made available on the international order page shortly.
