One-Punch Man's Saitama possesses one of the most comically dominant levels of power seen in an anime, but his spartan training regiment of 100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 squats, and topped off by a 10k-run is a good explanation as to why he comes across as so peerless. While it may be impossible to be as strong as Saitama in the real world, author and investor Sean Seah decided to put the workout routine to the test and see the results.
In the below video, Seah explains how he went about "leveling up" into stages of the routine, and the impressive results after adopting it.
Of course, without maintaining an appropriate diet, the regiment would be severely hampered, so he explained his eating habits as well.
Some commenters have pointed out that Seah appears to have already been in fairly good shape, as well as brought up that different goals require different routines, but Seah's commitment to powering through it despite the feeling of hitting walls and exhaustion are commendable and inspiring.
We've yet to see his actual punching power, but it appears he may be ready to test it out.
