Japan’s Starbucks is challenging themselves yet again with a new combination of flavors. Earlier this year, they mixed cake and coffee in the delicious Cheesecake Frappuccino; this time, they are introducing a refreshing blend of fruit and creamy tea.
The new drink is called “Nectarine Peach Cream Frappuccino with Tea Bavarois.” Selecting the special peach nectarine as a base, they've combined a careful mix of yellow and white peach, extracting the sweet, natural aroma that nectarines are known for, with the rich milk tea bavarois, which is usually used in thick pastry cream desserts. As a final touch, they've topped it all off with whipped cream, a drizzle of glossy strawberry, and a few drops of nectarine sauce.

This is Japan’s Starbucks first ever new tea-based beverage, and they plan to introduce more in the future. The Nectarine Peach Cream Frappuccino with Tea Bavarois is sold for 560 yen, for a limited time from October 3rd until October 31st.
