My Neighbor Totoro Gift Set Adds The Charm Of Traditional Japanese Pottery To The Film
Japanese figure maker ushihito (@ushihito) has made quite the collection of incredibly cute "sweets", but their latest take on manju, a traditional Japanese confection, may be their most adorable (and squishiest) yet. Manju are small sweet buns that come in a variety of flavors and fillings, but ushihito's are a spin on Hiyoko Manju, little chick shaped manju. As you can see, they're just as cute all around, and while they're unfortunately inedible, look like they would fit right in on the shelves of a Japanese sweets store.

Ushihito even posted a video to demonstrate the squish factor of the adorable seal blobs.
The seal manju can't be eaten, but ushihito plans to sell them on their online shop in the future. For more awesome and cute sweets and animal figures, follow ushihito on Twitter!
