Coca-Cola has just unveiled an impressive sign which makes images appear almost as if they were holograms floating in the air, Blade Runner-style.
This is what you'll see:
The soft drink giant began working on this project back in December 2017, so it has literally taken them 1000 days to realize it. Their motivation was to create a landmark just like the one in Times Square that will get people excited in Japan.
Entitled "Shibuya Coke Vision", the sign uses 180,000 transparent LED lights in combination with backlighting to create the futuristic effect.
The sign will broadcast five different types of animations:
